You can click on the Drip Campaign tab to start configuring the Salesforce Drip Campaign tab. After clicking on the Drip Campaign tab, you can view all your existing drip campaigns.

Further, you can click Create new drip tab to create a new drip campaign. This should bring up a dialog box, where you must fill in necessary details like campaign name, description, object on which you want to run the drip campaign, and keywords for starting and stopping the drip campaigns automatically.

In the next step, you can configure actions for each SMS you schedule in the SMS drip campaign.

While configuring action for each SMS in the drip campaign, you must add the channel on which you want to send an SMS, the name of the SMS (like follow-up text), a brief description, and status as 'active' or 'inactive.'

Further, decide when you want to trigger a specific text. You can schedule messages to go out immediately, on a particular date and time, or based on condition (like after or before how many days, hours, or minutes of a specific action, the text should go out.)

You can also trigger a survey or questionnaire with any SMS during the Salesforce Drip Campaigns.

For writing a message, you can select from pre-built SMS templates or create a text yourself.

While configuring drip campaign actions, you can automate actions based on drip campaign responses, like stopping the drip, executing a new drip, etc. You can even automate actions based on the response to the URL (if sent in text).
